NIMRAF Events & Co. is a luxury event planning and styling studio based in Osun and operating across Oyo and Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us when you enquire about or book our services.

We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you make an enquiry:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Event details — date, occasion, venue and the vision you describe
• Anything else you share while planning, such as guest counts, supplier contacts and inspiration images
• Basic technical information automatically logged by our host, such as browser type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site running smoothly

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals, contracts and schedules
• Plan, style and deliver the event you have booked us for
• Share details with venues and suppliers strictly as needed for your event
• Meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

To deliver your event we may share the relevant details with venues, decorators, caterers, photographers and other suppliers you have approved. Each supplier handles your information under their own privacy obligations. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes basic server logs on our behalf.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. In production, the site uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate visit statistics — it does not set cookies and does not identify you personally.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. For booked events, records are retained for the duration of the planning period and for any accounting or legal periods that apply afterwards, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it by law. You can also object to how we use your information at any time. These rights apply under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and comparable data protection laws.

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
